Personality:Jocelyn is a bit of a tomboy. She never liked playing the games that her sisters played instead she wanted to be rough housing with the boys or getting into trouble. So this has made her tough, courageous, and even stubborn. She doesn’t like to be the center of attention and she’s claustrophobic. Not the biggest people person, but she’ll stand up against a bully in half a heartbeat. She loves any kind of animal and couldn’t harm one if she had to.

History: Jocelyn was the 3rd born of Mr. & Mrs. Sparks a typical “muggle” family until around the age of 11 when strange things started happening when Jocelyn got angry of upset. Things would break or disappear. Then the owls came. All along Callie Sparks had thought her husband had some “boring office job”, but because of Jocelyn’s magical talents it came out that Joshua Sparks was actual a muggle-loving wizard who worked for the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office. Callie couldn’t stand the idea of having a witch in her family and so took Jocelyn’s older two sisters and left her and poor Joshua behind. Unfortunately this led to some rebellion from Jocelyn and she has been expelled from 2 previous schools.
