Four copies of the following note were sent to Trevor Campbell, Hazel Franklin, Hayward Caius Morrell, and @lailani the morning after Trevor visited with Professor Morrow in his office.
I would like to meet with you in my office tomorrow afternoon at three pm regarding a matter of great importance that has recently come to my attention. If you have class at that time, rest assured that I have owled your professors and told them that I require your presence at that time. The meeting should not take more than an hour, but it is mandatory. My office door will be open at three o'clock. Please just walk in and find a seat.
I look forward to seeing you tomorrow afternoon.

The day after he met with Trevor Campbell, just before breakfast, Ben had sent four copies of the same note to the four students involved in what he was terming the "Magical Theory issue". He'd also owled Professor Vine (after looking up the name of the Magical Theory professor), asking if he had heard anything about the incident at the study group. He hadn't heard anything from the professor yet, and he didn't know what the other man looked like, so finding him in the Great Hall or between classes wasn't an option. That wasn't a concern for Ben at the moment, though. He could find Professor Vine later to talk about this, once he had all the facts. For now, he had to get ready for the students who would be coming to his office any minute.
He glanced at the clock. It was ten to three. Time to stop thinking and start doing. Standing, he used his wand to move the piles of books and papers (much more organized now, thanks to Hayward Morrell's hard work) behind his desk, leaving the area in front of the desk relatively clear. He moved his chair to the other side of the desk with the two he had there, and moved the desk back against the piles. He conjured two more chairs and arranged them so that four chairs sat in a semi-circle facing his chair, with an open space in the middle. Satisfied, Ben stepped through the semi-circle of chairs and opened the office door. Then he walked back to his chair and sat down to wait. He hoped that this whole thing could be resolved today, and that it could be resolved peacefully.
