Please use this for creating your NPC's, and please make sure to mark what can be changed (like appearances) and what cannot (personality, job, etc.) If you had a faceclaim in mind, please don't include them, just describe them, that way if it just so happens that someone creates a character with the same faceclaim there won't be any problem. Only if someone takes an NPC and flesh them out enough to build a character will we put a faceclaim up on the list.
HOUSE ELVES
Most Pure Blood families have House Elves, whether owned or employed, thus it is feasible for your pure blood character (adult) to bring a house elf with them to Aurora or Snowy Vale. They should be listed in the Character's Application as well as on the NPC board. If the house elf is brought to Aurora it is understood that when the house elf is not being used by your character they will be housed with the rest of Aurora's employed house elves. If the house elf is brought to Snowy Vale, then it is up to your character to determine where the house elf is housed, though you can simply state it in the character app or on the NPC board, you do not have to role play it out unless you want to.

Are there limitations on playing this NPC? (like they're related to another character or desired to be used with another character for plotting; if so, please list who needs to be notified for special permissions)
