Wand: The wand is made of fir and has a core of dragon heartstring. It is 13 inches long and is rather springy. It is darkly colored and is elegantly carved.
Broom: whatever he can get his hands on
Pets: a pure white cat named Saskia who wanders between him and his brother in the same dorm hall.
Likes: music, fiddles & violins, orchestra, coffee, hats
Dislikes: not having the freedom to do what he likes, societal structure, money, anyone touching his fiddle
Strengths: his skill with fiddles and violins, his good nature, rationality, surviving off very little money
Weaknesses: has an open mind but is too rational most of the time, stopping for a jam session, music, Jilly, he hates talking about his family or personal life
Personality: Geordie is a happy-go-lucky sort, despite his rather hobo-ish appearance half the time. He loves life’s simple pleasures, and that includes booze and coffee. He’s a magical music man, and you can often find him out on the grounds or in the dorm (or on the streets busking for money when he’s not at school) with either his treasured blue fiddle or a violin. He’s extremely open minded and easy to talk to, but he’s also more rational than his brother Christy is. Finding out he’s a wizard has opened a lot of doors for him, but he’s the type that needs to see something before he can believe it.

Siblings: 2 older brothers, Patrick and Christy. Patrick died, Christy's an aspiring writer/historian who's biding his time working at the school library.
History: Geordie and his brothers never really knew their father. He was constantly gone, and one day, he simply never came home. His Muggle mother took to drinking, drugs, and whatever - and whoever - else she could get her hands on. It was only when Geordie went to wizarding school that he found out exactly who his dad was in life, and that, as an Auror, he had made a lot of enemies. One finally took an opportunity and snuffed him out. Now Geordie and his brothers harbor their father no ill will, and Patrick even went into training to become an Auror himself. He went chasing the worst of the worse and before long Geordie and his brother were burying him as well. While they have posthumously made amends with their dad, their mother is still a very sore topic with both brothers.
